For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, which will have a strong impact on the whole Edenred Group and its more than 40 Business Units, we are looking for a Design System Manager.
You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing, maintaining, and enhancing SmartER, our Design System, across multiple platforms, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Development teams.
You will integrate the Central Team of the Edenred+ factory, a Spotify-like product organization gathering 200 experts, from designers to product & tech, driven by the common ambition to create the future of the Edenred group for its Employee Benefits offers.

As Design System Manager, your main challenges will be:

• Industrialize as far as possible the process of creating and updating assets with engineering pipelines

• Establish effective governance to streamline the design and delivery workflow

• Document and maintain guidelines, assets, and processes to ensure consistency over time

• Design with the help of designers and developers templates based on atomic design principles

• Secure full compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and compatibility across various devices

• Continuously evolve the Design System to address user and product needs, based on data insights and collaborating closely with Designers and UXR teams

• Plan and lead Design System improvements within our SAFe organization

• Set and monitor performance indicators to track and drive ROI

• Effective communication for uniting product teams, designers, developers, and other stakeholders around the Design System vision

• Capacity to prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency, while maintaining a comprehensive view of the project

• Ability to manage stakeholders with differing objectives, finding common ground, and negotiating compromises

• Significant experience both in Product Design and Design System

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills

• Written & spoken English (no need to be bilingual)
