You will be reporting directly to the Global Marketing Operations Senior Manager and assisting the Marketing Operations Team with all related tasks.
You will be required to perform administrative tasks, conduct market research, update the system database, and foster strong relationships with our clients.
Your main responsibilities will be to :
Website Management:
Website management - new pages publications, updates,..
Suggest new interactive features to be implemented
Optimize Conversion points and UX
SEO:
Working live on website On-Page and Off-Page SEO
Liaise with external agency for webpages optimization to increase ranking score in search engines: optimizing title tags and meta descriptions, performing on-page optimization like updating anchor text and internal linking, improving metadata and fixing broken links in published articles,…
Support Keywords strategy definition: retrieve data from various sources, including competitor analysis and search engine tools like Google AdWords Keyword Planner.
Overall SEO performance analysis with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Research and analyze SEO trends and news to find areas for improvement and new ranking opportunities.
Liaise with external agency for link building: finding opportunities for the website to earn links from high-quality websites.
Evaluate and report on KPIs: monitor SEO campaign development, rankings, and traffic to create in-depth performance reports
Marketing Campaigns:
Manage international emailing campaigns
Support the management of the marketing automation tools (such as Zoho Campaigns): emails, web tracking, social media, lead scoring, landing pages and forms….
Contribute to ad campaigns optimization on Google Ads.
Marketing Ops:
Regular reporting of meetings
Support back office activities such as CRM imports
Ensure data quality in the CRM such as opportunity source (monitoring & followup)
Assist in the development of internal marketing materials when necessary
Ongoing Master Degree in Digital Marketing or Web Marketing
A first experience in Marketing is highly appreciated
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Mastering SEO techniques and tools like Google Analytics
Interest in IT and learning about the “guts” of the internet and networks
Strong organizational capacities and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, vital for effective collaboration and articulation of complex ideas.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
Creativity, organization, reliability and punctuality
Ability to work in an international team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite a plus
Proficiency in Wordpress, SEMRush is a plus.
Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
