The position

Job description

Hexa is looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) to drive the growth of our new projects. You will collaborate closely with the founders, studio partners Ugo & Flo and Quentin our in-house GTM expert , to craft, execute, and refine go-to-market strategies. This role is critical in accelerating our growth and establishing studio companies during the first year.

💯 Responsibilities

Market Research & GTM Framework Setup

  • Rapidly master market dynamics to identify trends, customer needs and smoke test new ideas.

Build and implement a robust GTM framework, including tools (CRM, growth tools), processes, and rituals, aligned with business priorities.

Lead Generation, Activation & Conversion

  • Inbound : Design experiments and create lead magnets (guides, blogs, webinars) to attract leads.

  • Outbound : Execute highly personalized outbound campaigns with targeted messaging.

Coach founders to improve sales skills and refine the Sales Playbook for lead qualification and deal closing.

Customer Engagement & Content Creation

  • Strengthen relationships with leads and clients through nurturing sequences, newsletters, and product updates.

  • Create impactful marketing assets (testimonials, blog articles, landing pages, LinkedIn posts) and position founders as thought leaders through events and strategic partnerships.


Preferred experience

  • Experience: You have a previous experience in a similar role, ideally within startups or early-stage tech environments.

  • Creativity & Adaptability: We value creativity over technical skills and seniority. We don’t care much about your seniority level.

  • GTM Expertise: Proven track record in implementing inbound and/or outbound strategies, with a strong preference for outbound skills.

  • Hands-on : You are a doer, you will create but also execute GTM experiments. You need to find the right balance between agency and consulting (because we’re none of them).

  • Sales Enablement: Ability to coach founders and first business employees

Autonomy & Rigor: A self-starter with excellent project management skills and a commitment to high-quality execution.
