Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master with knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies to guide this team in managing a common backlog.

Hybrid position in Madrid, Spain.



Cloud Migration Support: Provide direction and assistance in the migration of local infrastructure and solutions to the cloud across all countries.

  • Standard IT Framework Implementation: Ensure the rollout of standardized IT frameworks and tools for cloud infrastructure, as defined by the Foundations & Platforms Competence Center, in all regions.
  • DevOps Engagement: Coordinate with local DevOps teams (internal and external) to ensure their alignment with regional infrastructure teams, the Platforms and Foundations Competence Center, and regional cloud partners.
  • Target Operational Model Implementation: Assist in implementing the Target Operational Model (TOM) in the region, with a focus on infrastructure and platforms.
  • Adopt Standard Processes and Tools: Promote the adoption of standardized processes and tools among cloud regional partners.
  • Technical Guidance for Application Teams: Collaborate with application teams to provide technical support in defining the cloud infrastructure required for various solutions.
  • CI/CD Workflow Standardization: Drive the standardization and automation of CI/CD workflows across the region, promoting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in all deployments.
  • Azure Roadmap Enablement: Support countries in meeting the technical requirements of the Azure migration roadmap.
  • Knowledge Management: Ensure proper knowledge management, documentation, and standardization of infrastructure and development efforts, following the New TOM and aligned with ITIL service management processes.
  • CMDB Traceability: Ensure infrastructure and application assets are properly documented and traceable in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • CI/CD Workflow Support: Provide assistance to development teams on implementing CI/CD workflows across countries.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and maintain high-quality service levels.
  • Problem Management Support: Assist regional teams in managing issues related to application development and IaC.
  • Secure Development Approach: Ensure a secure development methodology is adopted across the region.

    • Strong relationship management with external suppliers
    • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and penalties
    • Expertise in offshore/onshore partner management

    Knowledge/Experience:

    • Scrum Master
    • Background of Development and cloud FinOps experience will be valuable.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure Services, Active Directory, and Azure DevOps
    • Solid understanding of networking (IP, switching, security)
    • Expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure, Active Directory, and Azure DevOps
    • Valuable experience in Cloud FinOps to optimize cloud service usage
    • Project management experience is an asset
    • Experience leading multi-skilled teams
    • Strong IT knowledge with the ability to adopt new technologies into existing environments
    • Familiarity with ITIL methodology
    • Proficiency with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, NewRelic, and Nagios
    • In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices and principles, especially CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Terraform, GitLab)
