Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and less noisy, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main obstacle of recharging. Electra is constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast recharging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and a user experience simplified to the maximum.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Milan, Zurich, Vienna, Madrid and Munich Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 14,500 charging points by 2030; proud to participate in the energy transition in France and Europe. For cities without noise and pollution!

💼 Your Missions

In 2024, we're excited to announce the launch of our operations in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and are in the process of assembling a top-tier team to spearhead the country's development from the ground up. If you have a passion for tackling commercial challenges and enjoy building projects from scratch, this opportunity is perfect for you !

As a Business Developer for the Netherlands, you will play a key role in expanding Electra's fast-charging network across the country. You'll manage the acquisition of new clients and contribute to developing effective sales processes to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include generating strategic leads, participating in complex negotiations, and successfully closing deals.

🦸🦸‍♀️ Your missions :

  • Strategically scouting future station locations to expand Electra's network within the Netherlands.
  • Secure committee validation for potential sites, demonstrating thoroughness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Persuading prospects to integrate ultra-fast charging stations on their properties by demonstrating the value proposition of Electra's offerings.
  • Navigate complex negotiations with clients, leveraging persuasive skills and strategic thinking.
  • Managing the CRM system to streamline and enhance your workflow, leading to improved efficiency and productivity.
  • Mapping, onboarding and developing key accounts and partners in order to bolster our presence and impact in the market.

 

😎 Your Profile

    • You have experience in business development, account management, expansion or a similar field.
    • You have strong analytical skills (being able to rationalize your filtering approach of good vs bad locations) and are able to turn numbers into valuable insights.
    • You excel at managing priorities, demonstrating autonomy and possessing strong organizational skills in your planning.
    • Great communicator, you enjoy tackling commercial challenges and can easily connect with new people, even when facing objections.
    • With a resilient mindset and a strong focus on achieving results, you have the ability to translate long-term visions into actionable plans.
    • You know how to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment and you a willing to join a scale up in full construction !
    • You speak Dutch and English fluently.
