Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.
Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.
In 3 years, we have:
- Deployed 400 stations and over 2000 fast-charging points
- Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market
- Opened several offices in France and Europe
- Raised over €750 million in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions
- Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award

💼 Your Mission
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts, developing strategic staffing plans, gathering hiring needs, and strengthening our employer brand across 9 countries. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers across all functions to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best talent while aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.

- Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to create and execute staffing plans that align with company goals and future growth.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire hiring process—from gathering hiring needs to final offer—while ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and deliver tailored talent acquisition strategies.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use recruitment data to drive hiring strategies, measure performance, and improve diversity, inclusion, and candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance our employer brand, working closely with the communications team to authentically showcase our culture and values.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine recruitment processes, tools, and practices to remain competitive in the talent market.
- Needs Collection & Forecasting: Regularly engage with department heads to understand and anticipate hiring needs.
💚 Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven ability to manage both strategic and operational recruitment tasks.
- Experience in staffing planning and employer branding within an international environment.
- A track record of success in high-growth start-ups or scale-ups.
- Ability to manage complex recruitment processes and deliver results autonomously.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS platforms like TeamTailor).
- Strong organizational skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
