As an Art Director, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing the visual direction of our digital training experiences. You will work closely with Project Managers/Game Designers, who structure projects, define gameplay mechanics, and manage timelines, as well as with a multidisciplinary creative team, including:
Illustrators, UI Designers, Motion Designers, 3D Artists
Creative Developers, ensuring smooth integration of visuals into interactive experiences
Define the visual identity of our experiences (2D, 3D, or mixed media).
Create mood boards and key visuals to set a clear artistic direction at project kickoff.
Guide and support creative teams throughout the production process.
Supervise and ensure the graphical quality of all deliverables, meeting excellence standards and deadlines.
Collaborate with Project Managers/Game Designers to align game design with artistic direction.
Coordinate with Creative Developers to optimize and integrate graphic assets efficiently.
Ensure consistency and excellence in all visual outputs.
Propose creative improvements (micro-interactions, etc.) to differentiate our work from other agencies.
Conduct R&D on emerging technologies (WebGL, AI, Motion Design…) through POCs or project implementation.
Stay updated on gaming, digital, and luxury trends.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as an Art Director, ideally in video games, interactive media, or the luxury sector.
Ability to work across both 2D and 3D.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Blender.
Strong attention to detail, precision, leadership, communication, and organization skills, with the ability to work under deadlines.
