We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to create entertaining and educational B-to-B experiences. In this key role, you will be responsible for thinking and overseeing innovative projects focused on the development of serious games for our high-level clientele, while ensuring effective management of customer relations and multidisciplinary teams.
Design and develop creative concepts, innovative stories and engaging mini-games in close collaboration with our creative teams, based on our customers’ educational content.
Effectively manage relationships with high-level customers (C-Level), understanding and responding to their specific needs.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (web development & creative) to ensure the delivery of quality projects, on time.
Oversee the management of several projects simultaneously, ensuring clarity of objectives, task allocation and rigorous monitoring of deadlines.
Maintain a constant watch on emerging trends in e-learning and serious games, with a view to integrating best practices and the latest technologies into our projects.
We’re looking for someone with a business/management/marketing/communication background, or with initial experience in a digital agency, who is keen to work on the future of BtoB training via gamification, and to strengthen their skills (Tech, BtoB, E-learning, Luxury…) with us.
Seniority: minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in similar roles.
Project management :
Proven experience (minimum 2 years’ experience) in managing complex digital projects, from conception to delivery.
Proven ability to effectively manage several projects in parallel, while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
Master project management and collaboration tools, as well as a good understanding of web development principles and creative processes.
Communication :
Fluent English & french required (spoken - read - written)
Excellent writing skills EN/FR: excellent written and verbal communication skills to present concepts and ideas clearly and convincingly.
Experience in customer relationship management, with in particular a proven ability to interact effectively with high-level decision-makers (C-Level).
Strategic and creative versatility
Ability to grasp the strategic and competitive issues facing major groups in different sectors.
Ability to appropriate a brand’s identity to inspire and guide the creativity of the project team.
Expertise in the rapid analysis and assimilation of pedagogical training content for the effective creation of relevant digital experiences.
Ability to develop stories and creative concepts for BtoB learning serious games.
