Martin se k Epico přidal v roce 2023, původně jako školitel pro naše zahraniční klienty. Během roku se vyprofiloval na obchodníka a nyní zastřešuje obchod pro oblast Pobaltí a západní Evropy. Mezi kolegy vždy rozdává dobrou náladu, nezkazí žádnou zábavu a k narozeninám vždy zpívá nejhlasitěji.
Jako Account Manager se Laura stará o klienty z EU i ze vzdálenějších koutů světa. Už přes rok se pilně učí němčinu, aby mohla spolupracovat na DACH regionu – díky Epico se jí tahle příležitost otevřela. Navíc je to člověk, na kterého se můžete spolehnout, vždy s úsměvem a ochotou pomoci.
Zuzka u nás začínala na juniorní pozici a během pár let to dotáhla až na seniorního Key Account Managera. Zuzka totiž ovládá komunikaci s klienty na jedničku, umí získat jejich důvěru a její výsledky mluví za vše. Stará o české a slovenské klienty, za kterými občas i vyráží. A po práci? To si ráda vychutná zasloužený půllitr dobrého piva.
Interní systémy jsou díky Káje v těch nejlepších rukou. Původně nastupovala na jinou pozici, ale svou vášeň našla právě v této oblasti, a Epico ji v tom plně podpořilo. Pokud někdo potřebuje pomoc napříč firmou nebo řeší krizovou situaci, Kája je vždy připravena.
Eva je v Epico téměř od samého začátku, kdy nás bylo jen pár a kanceláře byly ve sklepě. Dnes je Eva HR manažerkou a certifikovanou koučkou, která pomáhá kolegům se vzděláváním a rozvojem. Díky jejímu přístupu je Epico skvělým místem nejen pro práci, ale i pro osobní růst. Když zrovna nemá plný diář, věnuje se své zahradě a o péči čtyřnohé miláčky.
