✏️ About the job

The ISMS Manager is responsible for the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) within Equativ to:

- Ensure compliance with the Group policies and maintain the resilience of the IT services.

- Help the Top Management to define information systems security objectives and priorities to keep business safe.

- Work with the RnD Security Steerco to develop, formalize and communicate Group policies, charters, guidelines and methodologies to achieve objectives.

- Assess the Group's cybersecurity risks, notably by consolidating country cybersecurity risks and update in line with security objectives and policies.

- Participate in the management of Group security incidents and any resulting crises.

The ISMS Manager will report to the Top Management on the achievement of security objectives, and communicates regularly on the overall level of security, as well as on the progress of major projects.

- Handle project governance, in tight collaboration with business teams

- Ensure roadmap alignment with R&D

- Prepare and lead committees around security / GRC topics

- Define / update ISMS policies

- Control and monitor policies with relevant KPIs

- Implement risk management

💪  About you

Professional Skills and Expertise:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in information security.

- Broad knowledge of IT disciplines, particularly architecture, development (project methodology), and IT operations.

- Experience in IT continuity, cyber resilience, IT security, or IT audit/control.

- Mastery of risk management processes.

- Fluent English.
