You will be responsible for signing, onboarding and managing our dealers and its networks. The dealers may offer passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, trucks, agricultural machinery.
Tasks may include (but not limited to!):
Mapping of the dealer types and identification of priorities and targets
Onboarding of the dealers onto our platform
Development of the relationships with the dealers to develop the business with them
Coordinate with the Customer Care team and the operations team to ensure continuous improvement in processes and service quality
Objective: ensure that we are onboarding new dealers at an agreed pace, with a complete management of the pipeline, KPIs, with impeccable customer service
The role will involve significant travels throughout the territory so it is imperative that the candidate can have enough autonomy to prioritize his/her work, and is able to follow-up on all tasks and clients’ request in agreed timeframe.
Minimum 3 years as a BDR in one of the following areas: transportation, passenger cars, trucks, automotive
Hunter mentality, willing to go into unchartered territory
Bilingual English and French
Clean driving license mandatory
