The position

Job description

The Business Developer will be responsible for developing and managing business opportunities in the digital marketing space, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and content strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team and clients to identify strategic solutions and support their growth.

Responsabilities

  • Manage and grow the client portfolio, with a particular focus on prospecting new leads in the digital marketing sector

  • Identify and analyze client needs, proposing tailored solutions based on best digital marketing practices

  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to define and implement effective digital strategies

  • Monitor campaign results and prepare performance reports to ensure objectives are met

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

  • Represent Sembox by Eskimoz at industry events and networking opportunities

Preferred experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and content strategies

  • Solid knowledge of key digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention techniques

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong results-driven approach

  • Proactive attitude, passion for digital marketing, and eagerness to grow professionally

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields (preferred)
