The position

Job description

Main responsibilities: 

Main opportunities & challenges to overcome:

Lead the regional strategy of the EL Frames Portfolio on a dedicated category ( Premium & Fast Fashion brands : Vogue, Emporio Armani, Swarovski, Diesel ... ) being relevant for regional & local teams as well as for corporate brand teams by exploiting at best each single brand cross channel while ensuring a consistent brand portfolio & category approach avoiding overlaps to maximize the value contribution to the EMEA growth. 

 

Main Role &Responsabilities: 

  1. Develop and implement the full brand category strategic roadmap in the EMEA region, in line with the Global Portfolio Roadmap & Brand strategies providing clear guidelines to the EMEA Markets on local execution (Growth Model, Best Practices...) 
  1. Drive Business Development in the Region,  
  • Set priorities and ensuring adequate resource allocation to achieve yearly budget targets  
  • Prepare for medium & long term ambitions scouting for future growth engine 
  • Ensure tracking & reporting of the dedicated portfolio business performances for all EMEA markets to regional leadership team and corporate brand teams 
  • Adhoc product analysis to drive product relevancy in EMEA – in coordination with brand & product teams 
  1. Leverage & Optimize the group resources (Product Knowledge, Lenses, Services...) to build a strong portfolio strategy relevant for the markets and the Group 
  1. Leverage Public Relations / Media / Education (Leonardo), together with the Corporate Global Teams in charge to: 
  • Ensure a strong amplification on key strategic brands / key markets in synergy with drive to store 
  • Drive recommendation to corporate teams on media investment & PR plan 
  • Develop relevant category/brand training path & contents to support the portfolio development 
  1. Coordinate local brand activities and projects connecting corporate & local stakeholders 
  • Drive yearly budget preparation to set the right marketing calendar 
  • Leverage at best the promotional calendar optimizing the ROI 
  • Work on adhoc activities to support recovery plans when needed 
  1. Tracking of competitive environment to identify opportunities: product, marketing activities, etc.

Preferred experience

Profile description:

Candidate Profile: 

  • Minimum 8 years+ of B2B-2C marketing experience and business development 
  • Solid cross functional and matrix-organization management skills 
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to conceptualize new ideas, strategies, build value creation  
  • Strong communication skills and Charisma to influence the EL Marketing Community 
  • Proactive and takes initiative 
  • Ability to think out of the box, agility in blurred or complex environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills to influence, build credibility and create his/her network within the Group 
  • Team player, ability to work with diverse groups 
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) 

Location:   HQ in Charenton Le Pont (Paris area)
