Au sein du département IT Security Operations, l’équipe Global SOC L2 gère les incidents de sécurité IT qui impactent l’ensemble du groupe EssilorLuxottica et ses filiales. Cette équipe fonctionne 24/7 avec une dizaine d’analystes répartis sur plusieurs zones géographiques.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

• Triage et priorisation des incidents venant des différentes sources de notification : SOC L1, EDR.
• Investigation sur les incidents de sécurité assignés au SOC L2.
• Remédiation des incidents, si besoin avec les équipes IT, ou escalade vers l’équipe L3.
• Gestion/Troubleshooting des clients EDR Cortex/Defender, assistance aux équipes IT.

Job Description: 

Within the IT Security Operations department, the Global SOC L2 team manages IT security incidents that impact the entire EssilorLuxottica Group and its subsidiaries. This team operates 24/7 with a dozen analysts spread over several geographical areas.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Triage and prioritization of incidents from different notification sources: SOC L1, EDR.

• Investigation of security incidents assigned to the L2 SOC.

• Remediation of incidents, if necessary with IT teams, or escalation to L3 team.

• EDR Cortex/Defender client management/troubleshooting, support to IT teams.

Profile:

• Final year of Computer Engineering School OR Master 2 Computer Science from a university program
• Good communication skills and sense of service
• Curiosity on the technical subjects

• Rigour and respect for confidentiality
• Fluent English required (B2 minimum)
