Essity, a global leader in the health and hygiene industry, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic intern to join our regional Media & Digital team for a 6-month internship.In this role, you will have the opportunity to not only observe but actively participate in exciting projects related to Direct-to-Consumer (D2C eCommerce) optimization and search marketing (SEO + SEA).

As a Media & Digital Assistant, you will:
Support the Media & Digital team in managing and executing media campaigns across various channels coordinating operational activities with campaign managers &/or media agency, (ex. ADS deliverables).
Actively contribute to D2C optimization project by monitoring performances and analyzing data to provide daily updates, weekly high-level reports, and monthly insightful deep dives by marketing channel. Proactively propose data-driven improvements and follow up their implementation.
Assist in developing and executing SEO and SEA strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic to Essity's websites. Follow up on those channels’ specific performances monthly (including competition) and ensure the planned optimizations are delivered on time.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives according to pre-defined measurement frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and data analysts.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative & integrated media and digital strategies & tactics to test.
Collect information about the main activities the media & digital team is working on and share them in a structured way with the broader marketing team to increase its digital literacy.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and media in various industries (FMCG, Electronics, Fashion etc…) and regularly share them with the team.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Passionate about digital marketing, media and eCommerce
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Search Console, Similar Web, Sem Rush, Content Square
Keen to embrace a lifelong learning mindset
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus

Your compensation:
For a Master 1 level: 1,310€
For a Master 2 level: 1,485€
Easily accessible offices: Our offices are located in Saint Ouen, right by metro line 14 and the RER C. We reimburse 60% of your monthly transportation pass.
Your work-life balance:
You are entitled to 6 paid leave days during your 6-month internship.
You can work remotely up to 2 days per week (with a remote work allowance of 2.40€ per day).
