We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant for the Commercial organization of our Consumer Tissue Private Label Division, based in our Essity headquarter in Saint-Ouen (Paris-France).

About the role

The Executive Assistant for the Commercial organization of Consumer Tissue Private Label Division is the trusted business partner of the Head of Commercial Europe.

On top of the usual responsibilities (managing agenda, organizing travels, meetings and conferences, filtering mails and demands) the position holder is an active member of the Commercial Management team and internal Assistant network.

Part of the role includes targeted support to Head of Human Resources and Communication (specific meetings, travels and expenses).

What you will do

  • Assist Head of Commercial Europe

  • Support Commercial Management team incl. meeting organization as well as active participation

  • Organize Conferences and meetings

  • Create and coordinate presentations

  • Be central point of contact

  • Manage travel organization and expenses

  • Set annual meeting schedule

  • Lead and manage defined projects

  • Lead Digital Workplace (setup of structures, Sharepoint admin, etc.)

  • Secure confidentiality of data and documentation archiving

  • Organize in- and external activities e.g. (customer) visit, lunch/ dinner, jubilee, etc.

  • Executes all kind of secretary activities e.g. reservation meeting rooms

  • Maintains and update internal local communication e.g. billboards etc.

  • You possess a high level of integrity, and you can deal with confidential information

  • You are creative and curious, and have the burning desire to always learn and experiment

  • You can present information in visually appealing and structured way

  • You display a high level of IT & digital skills and demonstrate the ability to learn fast new tools to serve as an early adopter and evangelist for the department

  • Fluency English is a prerequisite (writing and speaking), German would be a plus, but not essential

Additional Information

Hybrid work with regular travels required.

This position is located in Saint-Ouen, Paris-France.
