The position

Job description

Reporting to the HR Director based in Paris, the position offers a wide range of duties.

Main Duties:

  • Support global HR operations for our people in the dedicated region, Middle East and Turkey :

✔️ Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the process of hiring new employees, including orientation and training, as well as handling resignations or terminations.Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, and managing benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

✔️ Compliance and Legal Management: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing contracts, and handling legal issues related to employment.

✔️ Employee Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of employee information, such as personal details, employment history, and performance data.

✔️ Performance Management: Administering performance evaluations and supporting development plans.

✔️ Employee Relations: Managing employee concerns, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.

✔️ Training and Development: Organizing employee training programs in line with business priorities.

✔️ Health, Safety, and Well-being: Implementing policies and practices that promote employee safety and well-being.

✔️ HR Processes and policies : defining and revising HR policies.

  • Build positive relationships with our leadership and managers to assist in the implementation of HR plans and programs,

  • Actively contribute to the definition, improvement, and implementation of our Employee Experience,

  • Works together with the talent acquisition manager to complete recruitments in a timely manner,

  • Participate in and support the HR Director with internal communications.

This role is based in Dubai.

Preferred experience

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience owning and executing the full employee-cycle from start to end.

  • You have a BSc or MSc degree in Human Resource Management.

  • You’ll have to be up to date with knowledge of local labour and social laws.

  • Solution-oriented mindset: Ability to proactively identify challenges and propose effective solutions, maintaining a focus on achieving outcomes and overcoming obstacles.Organized and structured people’s person.

  • A hard-working and dedicated team-player.

  • Appetite for digital collaborative tools.

  • Excellent communication skills.

Languages required

  • English & Arabic (both verbal & written - C1 Level)
