The position

Job description

Main Duties:

Under the responsibility of the Test Center Manager and the supervision of the Test Center Administrator (TCA), you will assist the TCA in administering test sessions (TOEFL, GRE, TOEIC, etc.) in our new computer lab in Riyadh. You will uphold the highest standards of security and quality during test administration, ensuring operational efficiency and an excellent customer experience. Additionally, you will replace the TCA when required, taking on their responsibilities with diligence and professionalism.

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Assist the Test Center Administrator  with preparing the workstations.

  • Escort test takers to their workstations.

  • Monitor the testing room to maintain security.

  • Interact with the testing workstations to start or pause tests.

  •  Report any irregularities to the Test Center Administrator

When replacing the Test Center Administrator, you will:

  • Use secure check-in procedures for test takers. Check identification before admitting each test taker to the testing room.

  • Administer every examination in strict compliance with established procedures and guidelines.

  • Monitor test takers throughout sessions to ensure adherence to security and behavioral standards, while providing high-quality customer service.

  • Perform a readiness check several days before each scheduled test administration.

  • Write and submit Center Problem Reports (CPRs) as necessary.

This is a full time position based in Riyadh.

Preferred experience

Skills

  • Proven experience in assessment, test administration, or a similar field

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Languages required

  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
