The position

Job description

Reporting to the Regional Leader, the Sales and Marketing Support Consultant will play a crucial role in driving our sales and marketing efforts by supporting the team with strategy implementation, lead generation, data management, customer engagement, and campaign execution. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, qualification, and nurturing processes.

  • Coordinate follow-ups with potential clients, partners, and customers to support the sales pipeline.

  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and related materials.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.

  • Support the organization of sales meetings, client demos, and related activities.

Marketing Support:

  • Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital platforms.

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

  • Support the planning and coordination of events such as webinars, workshops, and fairs.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics to recommend improvements.

  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategy development.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Coordinate communication between the sales and marketing team.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities for management review.

  • Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to stakeholders.


Preferred experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).

  • Knowledge of international assessments/ study abroad recruitment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
