Develop the Group’s standard case reserving guidelines and implement the standardized reserving calculation methodologies and processes to enhance pricing accuracy and profitability monitoring.
Participate in the implementation of an automated profitability monitoring process across the Group aiming at detecting trends.
Support the Group Claims Technical Excellence Team in monitoring claims management performance and promoting best practices in terms of processes and tools.
Model and manage natural catastrophe risks and large claims and contribute to reinsurance management.
Review and challenge the technical performance of local entities.
Perform second-level analyses on liability portfolios, including pricing, reserving, and forecasting.
Participate in in-depth reviews of operational processes of local entities in various areas, such as product development, underwriting, pricing, profitability monitoring, and data management.
Contribute to cross-functional projects within the Group related to actuarial areas.
3-5 year experience in P&C and / or Assistance actuarial field, with risk management / actuarial function / audit background, experiences in Audit/Consulting firm appreciated
Fluent in English
Solid knowledge in actuarial science (reserving, NatCat modelling, reinsurance etc.)
Intermediate knowledge of finance and accounting practices in Solvency 2 and IFRS 17 areas
Good level in programming skills (R or python, PowerBI, Office)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
