Human resources management plays a major role in the life of the employee. We need someone who will ensure employees arrive in good conditions and support them throughout the duration of their contract. The Holding's HR departement is looking for an apprentice in employee administration for September 2025 for 1 or 2 years

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Employee Records: Maintaining and updating employee files, including personal information, contracts, and other relevant documents


  • Assisting with Payroll: Helping to prepare payroll by collecting and verifying timesheets, and ensuring accurate payment of salaries and benefits


  • Handling Administrative Tasks: Managing day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries


  • Onboarding New Employees: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed


  • Managing Leave and Attendance: Tracking employee attendance, managing leave requests, and ensuring compliance with company policies


  • Ensuring Compliance: Assisting in ensuring that all HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies

Preferred Experience

  • Master 2 HR
  • Sup des RH, or equivalent
  • Open to contract PRO
