Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Be a support to senior lawyers for create/update/reproducingour international Terms and Condition. To do this, you will pay close attention to the specific features of each country above all regulatory and operational, in various foreign languages. You have to ensure that any new coverage, exclusions or clauses are properly integrated. Each Terms and Conditions document is different from one contract to another, as it includes:

• Different coverages;
• Different conditions for each cover;
• Different business lines;
• Different regulatory practices and local specificities.

Be a pro-active contributor in different Team projects:

• Help to set up “Tasks force”, for example ensure and manage mass updates in connection with compliance and legal requests, mandatory changes to operate, …
• Participate to Terms and Conditions harmonization, according Group policy and Underwriting needs and migrate to our repository (standard clauses), which is used to create our general Terms and Conditions of sale for international trips;
• Actively contribute to the new IT Tool launch with an automative implementation of all the Terms and Conditions, with the possibility to easily extract all the documents in circulation in a given country or language or for a given customer ;
• Take part in internal projects.

Your profile

We are looking for a brilliant Licence or Master student in Law, Compliance or Insurance, solution-oriented with good problem-solving skills, project management capabilities and driven by curiosity and personal initiative. Be highly organized and proactive. Given the EA Group's high level of exposure to the international environment, fluency in English will be a real asset. Another European language would be a plus.
