We continuously improve customer experience and automation at all levels, with Group-led assets and local initiatives by our entities. Digital performance management and KPI consolidation across entities are crucial for tracking performance and identifying opportunities.
The intern will enhance our digital performance tracking by improving the way affiliates report KPIs, consolidating these KPIs, and creating dashboards for monthly C-level use.
