The team brings together Country & Market Growth Managers from across Europe — all working closely while staying remote-friendly.
🇩🇪 As our new DACH & NL Country Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and the Netherlands.
You’ll own the local growth marketing strategy, act as the voice of the market internally, and ensure everything — from product, supply, to brand — truly resonates with local B2C users.
You’ll also be the spokesperson for Evaneos in the region, building visibility and trust across media and industry networks.
Here’s what your responsibilities will include:
🌅 Market Development Vision & Strategy
Inform decisions: Turn market trends into clear insights for product, brand, supply, and marketing teams.
Connect with the industry: Build relationships and stay plugged into key associations and stakeholders.
Align the plan: Lead the co-creation of market plans that support our business strategy localisation.
Make it happen: Ensure smooth rollout with strong cross-team collaboration.
📊 Global Market Activity & Business Development
Drive performance: Join weekly reviews and forecasts, analyze results, and suggest smart actions to seize opportunities or reduce risks.
Lead the team: Manage and support our Growth Marketing Manager for DACH & NL.
Grow our reach: Build partnerships and lead projects (like SEO or online collabs) to boost visibility and impact.
Keep us sharp: Continuously optimize mix and performances of our channels, destinations, and user performance to fuel growth.
🇩🇪 Market Relevance & User Insights
Know our users: Define key personas with input from Data, Product, Customer Care, and Marketing.
Shape the offer: Help craft our offer strategy and track its performance.
Speak their language: Guide localization to ensure copy and brand assets truly resonate.
🗣️ Evaneos Spokesperson
Lead our voice: Work with PR teams to build visibility and act as our main spokesperson in the DACH region.
Be out there: Represent Evaneos at industry events and trade fairs to boost awareness and stay close to market trends.

💰 Salary range is €65K-74K. Transparent salary decisions based on clear benchmarks, career progression frameworks, and peer alignment to ensure fairness.
You may be a great fit for this position if you are/have:
Native or bilingual German and are fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
5+ years’ experience in B2C digital marketing and market development.
At least 2 years of experience in the German B2C market, with strong local insights.
A proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and align diverse stakeholders (marketing, offer & supply, product, customer care, …).
Analytical strength and confidence working with KPIs, performance data, and budgets.
Bonus: exposure to brand localization or media partnerships in the DATCH region.
