We are seeking a motivated German-speaking travel consultant to join our team in Athens. You will be in charge of direct sales with Evaneos customers. You will be the person who receives inquiries through the Evaneos platform and the main contact for German-speaking travelers. As the contract will be with the local agency, the job could contain any or more of the following duties:

• Understand travelers expectations

• Main contact for clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences: tailor-made itineraries

• Match travelers’ requirements with transportation, accommodations, tours, and activities.

• Advises clients regarding locations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities

• Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds

• Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour operators

• Booking management: reservation with hotels and other services

• Quality monitoring during the trip

Availability (Starting dates): As soon as possible

Salary: 900€ net fixed salary + % commissions to be discussed

Other advantages: remote work (if needed)

Working time per day and week: 09.30 – 17.30 Monday - Friday

Languages required:

• German: native or bilingual (speaking & writing)

• English : to be able to speak with your colleagues and the local providers

• Greek is a plus but not mandatory

Ideal profile:

• You are fluent in German

• Previous experience in tourism would be a plus, but not necessary

• Previous experience in sales would be a plus, but not necessary

• Knowledge about the destination Greece are required

• Organised and client-oriented

• Think out of the box

• Good communication skills

• Problem-solving
