We are looking for our future Head of Growth Marketing to replace a maternity leave for a 5-month contract.
Our mission in the Product & Growth community is to Generate profitable Growth and positive Change through Products that Users love, amplified by the right local demand/supply strategies.
Within our community, you are in charge of the Growth Marketing team. The role of this team is to put in our agents’ hands the largest number of travelers with the most mature travel intentions possible, convince them to choose Evaneos, make them return, at European level in our 5 markets (FR, ES, DE, IT, NL). Its objective is to generate profitable growth by maximizing acquisition, activation, and lead generation metrics from both prospects and customers.
You’d be reporting directly to Romain, our Chief Product & Growth officer.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Growth strategy
Create and implement the acquisition strategy adapted to each one of our markets & segments of travelers. You refine the buyer personas and adapt the action plans with your team and the Country Managers to meet the expectations of these personas.
Accompany the transformation of our marketing mix towards a profitable model through:
the control over paid channels and cost per lead
the development of our Organic traffic
the support from our brand teams to develop Evaneos’ awareness and consideration via digital channels
the growth, activation and retention of our user base via your CRM strategy
a good understanding of attribution between channels
Optimize our funnels in order to grow retention, quality of leads and the conversion rate in close collaboration with our product team.
Global business piloting & monitoring
Contribute to Weekly business reviews, forecasts, budgets.
Lead with a Data Driven approach: ownership of growth ’KPIs & Dashboards’.
Manage a marketing budget of multiple millions of Euros to ensure high performance and reach profitability. You monitor your ROI closely and control global cost per lead and cost per sale.
Team Management
Manage an international & multicultural team (13 people in the team including 3 direct reports:
Inspire, Grow & Lead the Marketing Growth team, with a very KPI oriented approach.
Cultivate a spirit of test and learn, continuous improvement and creative solutions.
Transversality
Work closely with Country managers (referent for our markets), the Sales and Product teams to achieve our strategy.
Our recently remodeled office, La Voyagerie, is close to Saint-Lazare, with beautiful spaces that enable interaction with all colleagues.
Travel budget to discover Evaneos services
Weekly teleworking (up to 2 days/week) & traveling TT to work several times a year in other countries/regions.

You have a proven track record in a similar position and a successful management experience.

Very good knowledge of Paid channels, Organic and CRM with international dimension. Good SEO or Display background are a big plus.

Your strong Data & analytical skills and your test&learn approach enable you to deliver strong results.

You are fluent in English.
1st experience in start up / scale up / fast growing environment is a plus.
