The position

Job description

Our growing company in Australia, have a new opportunity for an individual who loves a fast-paced and exciting environment.

The main responsibilities are to continue the development of our activity in ANZ and South Pacific and promoting our brand with new prospect.

You will be working closely with our Regional Director, Sales and pre-sales team. Your role will be to find new way to market and how to differentiate our self from competition.

 

🎯🚀Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, propose, and secure new business opportunities from both new and existing clients.
  • Meet individual revenue and profit margin targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Provide prompt and professional advice to customers on all inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date reporting on the status of all opportunities using relevant tools.
  • Manage, maintain, and update the sales pipeline throughout the sales cycle.
  • Take full ownership of assigned accounts and handle all related issues.
  • Assist the technical team in timely contract rollouts.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Enhance the department's and organization's reputation by taking ownership of new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional client service on a daily basis.

 

📋 Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the IT Infrastructure industry with initial sales experience at a reseller or OEM.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.
