The position

Job description

As HR Business Partner dedicated to our team of engineers and chemists in France and Belgium, you will report to the CEO.

With the help of our HR Manager in part-time, your favorite mission will be :

1/ Recrutement & Employer Brand:
Your first tasks will be to help us to execute our hiring plan (in France and in Belgium) to find the best engineers and chemists via various job boards & direct sourcing methods.

  • Work with the hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing and closing strategy by role/team

  • Proactively seek out passive talent using search tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to generate interest in our positions,

  • Optimise and manage the recruitment process;

  • Create partnerships with schools

2/Day-to-Day Management of teams

  • Oversee the onboarding of new recruits and improving this process

  • Ensure the day-to-day well-being of the teams at work by providing real support to employees and managers on a daily basis

  • Support and develop teams: taking part in setting up and monitoring annual interviews, and all other processes in the HR cycle

  • Manage and set-up training courses in business areas, safety, etc.

3/ HR projects
There are many HR projects to come in all areas (social relations, compen ben, employee well-being, etc.). Fairbrics currently has 30 employees.
We’re looking for someone who can improve our HR processes over time.


Preferred experience

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, keen to learn and who could set up their own HR team in the long term.

This job is for you if you are:

  • 5 years’ higher education in Human Resources

  • Initial experience of 2 to 3 years in a company in an HR role.

  • You want to join a human-sized company

  • You’re looking to develop and prove yourself in general HR roles

  • You are energetic and have good interpersonal skills: you enjoy human contact and adapt naturally to the people you work with

  • You’re curious, like to learn, take risks and try out new things!

  • You’re organised and rigorous: you’re able to keep on top of several projects at the same time and pay attention to detail.
