The position

Job description

Fairly Made is growing fast — and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to help us keep up the pace. In this role, you won’t just focus on generating pipeline: you’ll also manage and coach two junior SDRs to ensure we hit our growth targets together.

You’ll work closely with your team, the sellers, the Sales Operations Manager, and the Marketing team to:

  • Drive lead generation

  • Secure qualified meetings

  • Nurture relationships with future clients

This is a key role for the future of our sales development team — we’re looking for someone ready to take ownership and bring structure, energy, and leadership from day one.

Your key tasks as Business Development Representative

  • Build the prospect pipeline (scraping, sales automation, mailing, etc.) in collaboration with our Sales Operations Manager

  • Define the best strategy to efficiently qualify leads (craft prospecting sequences, recommend tools, share best practices, etc.)

  • Set up and test prospecting processes with creativity and perseverance (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach)

  • Execute day-to-day prospecting operations (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.)

  • Establish weekly reporting and ensure proper follow-up

  • Manage and coach two junior SDRs to help them ramp up and hit their targets

Preferred experience

  • 4-year experience in previous business development roles, previous management experience is required

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot and Apollo

  • Strong communication skills, able to listen to clients effectively and quickly understand and reformulate needs
