The position

Job description

  • Participates to roadmap definition.

o   Gather user needs and record them in customer requests.

o   Process customer requests and analyse them to define the need for product evolution (new features or improvement to existing ones).

o   Identifies best levers to improve the product experience (technology and content).

o   Analyses backlog of features for its products and prioritize them in the roadmap.

  • Ensures customer needs and regulatory requirements are addressed in development.

o   Collaborates with product designer to turn features into requirements and maximise user experience.

o   Elicits User Needs and System Requirement Specifications as testable requirements.

o   Contributes to risk analysis, design reviews and product sprint reviews

o   Follow-up product during its development to make design decision and drive delivery of products according to requirements and schedule.

o   Ensure that regulatory product documentation is generated and updated in accordance with internal procedures.

o   Collaborate with V&V team to perform early testing and product validation.

  • Builds a strong value proposition for its products.

o   Leads market studies in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.

o   Performs competitive intelligence and analyse the differentiators.

o   Develops the FeetMe brand and ensures of the branding consistency in products and labelling.

o   Collaborates with the Sales & Marketing team to define marketing messages for their product.

o   Builds clinical cases with relevant stakeholders (Program team, CMO…) to illustrate the interest of the product in clinical practice and identifies new use cases.

  • Ensures of customer satisfaction.

o   Prepare training materials and deliver internal training on its products.

o   Periodically reviews customer complaints to detect improvement required.

o   Prioritizes developments to include design changes required to solve customer complaints.

o   Analyses and monitors customer satisfaction.


Preferred experience

Master of engineering or other relevant scientific discipline, and 2-8 years of professional experience as a product manager or system engineer

Experience in medical devices industry

Fluent in French and English
