Missions 

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting our development teams in delivering innovative digital solutions. You will ensure that Scrum processes are understood and followed, facilitate communication, and help teams continuously improve their workflows. You will also work closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with our clients’ goals.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Scrum master who is comfortable wearing multiple hats.  At Fieldbox, project activities can vary. Depending on the project, you may also be involved in QA tasks or support the PPO in additional activities.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).

• Guide and coach the team on Scrum principles and Agile best practices.

• Working closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks.

• Organizing and facilitating sprint planning meetings to define the work to be done in the upcoming sprint.

• Conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance.

• Support the team in becoming self-organized and continuously improving.

• Track and communicate team progress through Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.).

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure alignment between technical teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:
For this position, we are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master 

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.

• Proven ability to facilitate and coach teams in Agile practices and ceremonies.

• Experience in managing product backlogs and sprint planning activities.

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills in french and english

• Experience working with development teams that focus on AI/ data solutions or industrial applications is a plus.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira or other Agile project management tools.

• Ability to resolve conflicts, coach teams, and foster a culture of collaboration.

• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.

Typical process includes 3 steps :

• HR phone interview

• Interview with operational team, aiming at testing your fit to the specific job,

• Interview with one or several founders to validate the application
