Fifty
On graduating from ESSEC, Alexia joined Procter & Gamble in Marketing, where she spent 4 years in France and abroad. In 2018, she co-founded Fifty, which was born out of a combination of personal frustration - the training courses she attended often went unheeded - and the emergence of eDoing solutions in the United States, combining behavioural science methods and technology
After several years in sales in tech start-ups, Jérémy took over as head of the sales team at Skillsoft France (world leader in eLearning). Realising the need for his customers to improve the effectiveness of their training and measure its real impact, Jérémy was immediately convinced by Fifty's approach, which solves the problem of getting people to take action in training and transformation. He joined the company as a partner alongside Alexia Cordier and Clément Lavollé. His role within the team is to manage sales and operations
Clément worked as a developer in London and Australia for various companies before returning to Paris at Less and then BlaBlaCar. He met Alexia Cordier in 2018 and together they decided to co-found Fifty, the first eDoing company in Europe. As Chief Technology Officer, Clément manages the technical teams and oversees the development of the Fifty platform.
Léonie is fascinated by human beings and how the brain works. She is specifically interested in the cognitive biases involved in our decisions and, more generally, in our behaviour.
Léonie joined Fifty as a PhD student in cognitive psychology to form the Research team. Passionate about the project, she is involved in building the product with the design team by questioning the foundations of human cognition. Her thoughts are focused on learning skills by doing, and on the principles of behavioural incentives to support behavioural change in companies over the long term!
A keen gourmet, Léonie regularly tries her hand at proving her culinary talents to her team (from almost-unbaked chocolate cake to tartiflette and, inevitably, bagels...)
A graduate of ESSEC business school, Alice began her career in digital transformation consulting at Capgemini Invent. In search of new challenges and a more tangible impact on her customers, she decided to move to a smaller company. She immediately fell in love with Fifty. She joined the team as a Nudge Strategist and later became Head of Customer Success, building her team to ensure a quality relationship with her customers. In her spare time, Alice writes novels and murder parties, and scours the escape games of Paris.
After starting his career in the world of consultancy - particularly HR - at EY, Omar decided to make human development his main professional mission. With this in mind, he qualified as a professional coach and joined the pioneers of digital coaching - MoovOne and then CoachHub - as an in-house professional coaching expert. He is now a Behavioural Scientist at Fifty, responsible for in-house expertise in behavioural sciences and pedagogical engineering.
Guillaume is passionate about IT. With a degree in Financial Engineering from ESILV, he started out with 2 years in financial consultancy before refocusing on IT development in the public transport and then electric car sectors. Now at Fifty, he is in charge of DevOps, security and the integrity of the platform, while actively participating in the development of new features.
Mathieu began his careet at Uptoo, a firm renowned for its sales school, before joining another FrenchTech start-up to work on complex sales cycles. After more than 8 years in Tech and HR, and convinced that knowing is good, but doing is even better, he joined Fifty at the beginning of 2022 to accelerate on key accounts. As Key Account Director, his role is to help HR and (trans)training departments to steer the development of their employees. And to do that, he has to build and implement sales strategies with the SDRs and Marketing, and coach Sales under the Team Lead hat, which he recently took on.
Presentation
Fifty solves the problem of moving from 'Knowing' to 'Doing' in professional development. As the category leader in eDoing in Europe, our product enables the rapid and measurable adoption of new habits, by combining behavioural science with technology. In this way, we make training and transformation in companies more effective, to the benefit of both employees and customers.
Our HRTech is used by half the companies in the CAC 40, including Crédit Agricole, Orange, EDF and Axa, with users all over the world. We're raising $10m in 2022 from French (Eurazeo) and international (U.S. and Germany) funds. Incredible business angels have been with us from the start, including Olivier Sibony, Romain Niccoli (Pigment, Criteo) and Steve Fiehl (CrossKnowledge).
