Role Overview: The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing field marketing programs to generate demand and support the sales team. This role requires a highly organized and strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to drive regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement field marketing plans that align with Filigran’s overall business objectives and drive regional sales growth.
Plan, execute, and manage regional events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer-focused activities, handling all logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, industry associations, and key stakeholders to enhance Filigran’s market presence and brand visibility.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of field marketing programs, delivering regular reports on ROI, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness, and leveraging data insights to refine and optimize future initiatives.
Oversee the field marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to maximize impact and support key business goals.
4-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS sectors.
Experience planning and executing successful regional marketing programs.
Strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and regional market dynamics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot).
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams based in Europe and internationally.
Flexibility to travel occasionally to support events
