The position

Job description

As an International Payroll Manager, you will be part of the HR team and responsible for managing and overseeing payroll operations for our employees across multiple countries.

At the moment, we are operating in France, USA, Australia. But also in Canada, Spain and UK under EOR. We are commited to making a good employee experience for our teams.

You will operate in a small but supportive administration team including 4 people.

In addition to payroll, you may also handle other HR-related matters.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the complete payroll process for our international employees in coordination with local providers.

  • Ensuring compliance with local payroll, tax, and social contribution regulations.

  • Overseeing relationships with external payroll providers and ensuring accurate payroll processing.

  • Implementing and optimizing payroll processes for efficient and standardized management.

  • Monitoring social contributions and legal obligations specific to each country.

  • Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll data coordination.

  • Contributing to broader HR initiatives and supporting HR-related projects as needed.

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and assisting with internal and external audits.

  • Developing tools and indicators for effective and reliable payroll tracking.


Preferred experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Administration, or a related field.

  • Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in payroll management in an international environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of payroll systems and social and tax regulations in France, and notions of international payrules.

  • Proven experience working with external payroll providers.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll management software.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in payroll processing.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
