MARKETS TEAM
The Markets team consists of Traders and Middle-Office managers. Their role is to monitor our clients' tokens, keep an eye on markets, and actively follow the latest developments in order to develop the best trading strategies.
They play a key role in market making which ensures stable liquidity at all times in our CEX books, tightens spreads across exchanges, and maintains price consistency across exchanges to avoid arbitrage opportunities. This means the calculation of fair value, fast generation and deletion of orders, 24/7/365 trading on more than a 100 CEXs and DEXs.

LEGAL & COMPLIANCE TEAM
The Legal team is a real business partner for all departments. It provides support from the client’s onboarding, during the contract negotiation and the contract’s lifetime until the end of the business relationship in order to mitigate and eliminate all kinds of legal and regulatory risks.
The Compliance team guarantees the process by which the company applies the relevant regulatory framework in its business wherever it is located in the world. This involves not only knowing and understanding regulations internationally, but also being able to demonstrate that the company and its entities are complying with laws at any time.

ENGINEERING TEAM
The Engineering team has many responsibilities within Flowdesk. The first one is to build all microservices related to Market Making as a Service and Brokerage as a Service including the integration of exchanges. Their role is also to build the platform used by both traders and clients as well as to make sure that all new features are running seamlessly and securely from development to the production environment.
Two of their main mottos are "clean code" and "collaboration".

INFRASTRUCTURE TEAM
The Infrastructure team is responsible for various topics such as:
- High availability of the platforms (maintenance, monitoring, alerting, etc.)
- Maintaining operations
- Supporting Flowdesk’s teams for their deployment needs (all developers, quantitative analysts, traders, etc.).
- Creating the tools to improve time-to-production, quality, and ease the life of other teams (CI/CD, templates, advice, and trainings)
- Scaling the best practices
The Infra team also oversees all Data projects co-ordinating between both DevOps/SRE and Data specialists (Lead Data & BI Analyst).
