What we expect from you to excel in this role :

 Key Responsibilities

Logistics / Stock Management:

• Maintain rigorous tracking of theoretical and physical stock levels.
• Oversee the preparation of customer orders, from picking to loading.
• Supervise and/or actively participate in material loading/unloading operations.
• Monitor client deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Manage and archive shipping documentation and delivery records.

Design Office / After-Sales Service (SAV):

• Provide technical support to the sales team on operational matters.
• Customize solar lighting projects and draft technical documentation.
• Perform after-sales interventions, such as battery or PV replacements at height.
• Attend client meetings and participate in training workshops organized by Fonroche in Benelux.
• Train installers on the installation of Fonroche solar streetlights.

Safety Management:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards within the warehouse (SSI).
• Maintain clear and accessible emergency exits at all times.
• Conduct periodic checks on emergency exit signage, meeting points, and fire extinguishers.
• Promote ongoing safety awareness among the Benelux team, addressing topics such as driving speed, alcohol use, and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in the warehouse.

• Solid experience in warehouse management.
• Ability to operate handling equipment and control a lift platform.
• Proficiency in performing sizing and photometric studies.
• Experience with SAGE software for stock management.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English.
