We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional (f/m/d)to lead the growth of B2B Mobility Solutions, with a focus on Free2Move Business Solutions across the market. If you have a passion for innovative mobility services and a proven track record in B2B sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Boost sales of B2B mobility solutions, including telematics (Connect Fleet), fleet sharing, short and medium-term rentals, and electric vehicle services.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to enhance sales and profitability, leveraging call centers, web sales, and exploring new channels both within and outside Stellantis.
  • Competitor Benchmarking: Stay ahead by analyzing the competition.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with local suppliers, partners, and Stellantis sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Commercial Strategy: Design commercial policies like incentives, PAYPLAN, POLCO, and special campaigns.
  • Key Account Sales: Develop and expand direct sales with National & International Key Accounts.
  • Sales Channel Optimization: Lead marketing and sales actions across all channels.
  • Team Training & Support: Train and guide local sales teams to enhance customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Content Development: Create and maintain essential business documentation—sales pitches, user guides, Q&As, and more.
  • Customer Engagement: Present solutions to clients, perform demos, and launch test phases to maximize ROI.
  • Marketing & Communication: Drive proactive marketing strategies and gather customer feedback from conferences and exhibitions.
  • Customer Satisfaction Management: Track KPIs, manage follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Business Owners: Analyze new customer requests and work with business and product owners on improvement strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Business degree with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Customer-Centric: A strong business and customer focus.
  • Leadership: Ability to influence senior management and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce, telematics, mobility, and innovative services.
  • Adaptability: Strong tenacity and determination to succeed in dynamic environments.
