💼 ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our Damage Management team, you’ll play a key role in invoice processing for the Italian market. You’ll work closely with various departments and suppliers to ensure invoices are processed efficiently and accurately using our internal systems.

🎯 YOUR MISSIONS

  • Digitally process incoming invoices using our internal invoice management tools
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to clarify discrepancies
  • Support invoice volume monitoring in coordination with Damage Management and Accounts Payable
  • Contribute to ongoing projects within the department

🧠 YOUR PROFILE

  • 🛠️ Previous experience in accounting, operational purchasing, or the automotive sector is a plus (training in mechatronics or a commercial background is an advantage)
  • 🇮🇹 You speak and write Italian fluently, and have a professional level of English
  • 🧩 You are precise, detail-oriented, and enjoy structured tasks
  • 🤝 You are proactive, organized, and work well independently and in a team
  • ✅ Eligibility for a CIVP contract is a plus
