The position

Job description

As the Brand and Social Media Lead, you will be the guardian of FuturMaster’s brand voice and visual identity, including employer branding. You will oversee corporate communications, manage our social media channels, and lead the development of creative content. You will work closely with our marketing and HR teams to ensure that our brand is consistently represented across all platforms and that our social media strategy effectively engages our target audience.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Brand Management: 

    Maintain and evolve the company’s brand guidelines, including employer branding, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials. 

    Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility. 

  • Social Media Strategy: 

    Oversee and execute social media strategies for LinkedIn and YouTube, including content planning, posting, and engagement. 

    Manage and grow our social media presence, driving engagement and brand awareness in the supply chain and TPx sectors. 

  • Creative Content Development: 

    Lead the creation of visually compelling marketing collateral for all marketing and employer branding needs, including infographics, visuals, and videos. 

    Manage video production projects from concept through to final editing for use across digital channels and corporate communications. 

  • Corporate Communications: 

    Develop and manage communication strategies that align with FuturMaster’s brand voice and values. 

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all external communications are on-brand and effective. 

Integration Points and Collaboration: 

  • Product Marketing Lead: Collaborate to ensure brand consistency in product messaging and marketing materials. 

  • Regional Marketing Leads and Marketing Operations: Contribute to creative content creation for offline and online lead generation campaigns. 

  • Marketing Operations & Analytics Lead: Work together to track the performance of brand and social media initiatives. 

  • HR Team: Partner with HR to align employer branding efforts and support recruitment and employee engagement strategies. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

  • Growth in social media followers and engagement rates. 

  • Quality and consistency of brand-related content across all platforms. 

  • Success of video content in terms of views, shares, and overall engagement. 

  • Impact of corporate communications on brand reputation and awareness.

  • 2 remote days per week


Preferred experience

  • Full proficiency in both spoken and written communication in English and French. 

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, social media, or corporate communications, preferably within B2B SaaS. 

  • Strong understanding of social media strategies, particularly for LinkedIn and YouTube. 

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video production software. 

  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling. 

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.


Recruitment process

  • First interview with a member of the HR team (30 minutes - 1 hour) to find out more about the position, FuturMaster and your career path.

  • Meeting with Naïri Kurdoghlian, Group VP Marketing and team manager (1 hour - in the office)

  • Personality and logic test to take at home (2 hours) followed by a debriefing with a consultant (45 minutes)

  • Live Study Case to be presented to the Group VP Marketing, followed by a meeting with the Marketing team (1.5 hours/2 hours - in the office)
