Job description

Job Overview: You will play a crucial role in advancing FuturMaster’s presence as a premium partner within the client’s organization!

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Director to drive client success and spearhead growth opportunities within our strategic customers. This role will serve as a trusted partner, strengthening relationships and guiding clients toward strategic goals while overseeing complex software implementations.

This job requires frequent travels, mainly in Europe in order to be in proximity with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Enhancement & Account Growth:
    Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning FuturMaster as a premium partner. Expand our sphere of influence within client organizations by understanding their business, identifying needs, and driving growth through up-selling initiatives.

  • Business Development:
    Identify, develop, and nurture new business opportunities within the client’s ecosystem. Leverage your in-depth understanding of the client’s business to create innovative solutions that address their needs and align with FuturMaster’s goals.

  • Client Guidance & Strategic Alignment:
    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, balancing sales targets with customer satisfaction. Align all stakeholders, both within FuturMaster and the client’s organization, to achieve common goals and ensure seamless communication across teams.

  • Ensure project management Excellence

    Proactively manage risks to ensure project success, define a deployment roadmap for smooth execution within budget and scope, and serve as the key link between technical teams and business users to align objectives and ensure stakeholder satisfaction


Preferred experience

What You will Bring to Futurmaster:

  • You have held a significant account management position, ideally in consultancy or professional services environment.

  • You are a B2B Sales Savvy with track record of growing Saas / Software accounts through strategic up-selling initiatives.

  • You have proven international experience and are fluent in English and French

  • You have managed high-profile clients across multiple countries, leading teams both internally and client-side of highly educated professionals.

  • Your experience includes managing or contributing to complex IT / Software project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and overall scope.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is required (Master’s preferred)

  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master) is a Bonus.
