Job description

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON​

Main challenge​

Together with a talented team of data analysts and scientists, you will extract actionable insights from our vast marketing and in-game data, helping drive game growth and enhance marketing profitability and efficiency.​

What it means on a daily basis​

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our data warehouse, focusing on Marketing and game tracking data.​
  • Become an expert in our marketing data dimensions and measurement definitions.​
  • Conduct comprehensive 360-degree analyses to provide timely, data-driven answers to key stakeholder questions.​
  • Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations for Marketing and game teams.​
  • Leverage statistical analysis to optimize Marketing testing methodologies and outcomes.​
  • Manage and level up a small team of marketing analysts

Who you will be working with​

Joining our Global Data Science and Analytics team, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing vertical teams, including User Acquisition (UA), Influencer Marketing, and Studio Marketing Activation.​

  • You pay strong attention to data quality and you have a passion for deep quantitative analysis​
  • A genuine passion for gaming and the gaming industry​

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED​

  • 5+ years of professional experience, 2+ years as a team lead​
  • SQL (Big Query) expertise, crafting complex & efficient queries​
  • Python and R expertise is required​
  • Proven ability in creating clear and impactful data visualizations and dashboards using Data Viz tool(s)​
  • Familiarity with key marketing metrics (CPI, RoAS, creative optimization) and channels​
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and its applications in marketing and UA.​
  • Fluent in English, good presenter and communicator.​
