Founded in 1990, Generix Group's strong external growth strategy led to the integration of Ceitel (point-of-sale and loyalty solutions) in 2005, Influe Illicom (B2B integration and collaborative management solutions) and Infolog Solutions (supply chain solutions) in 2007, and GMI Connectivity (EDI solutions) in 2015. In 2016, the company set its sights on North America with the acquisition of Sologlobe, the North American leader in logistics solutions. In 2018, Generix Group opens a service center in Portugal, and in 2020 an R&D center in Romania. In 2022, Montefiore Investment becomes a shareholder of Generix Group.
