Working in Customer Success means that you will be working with the foundation of our growth; our customers’ success! This is how you will contribute:   

  • Secure the best onboarding of new customers, ensure quick adoption and high usage - enabling each customer to maximize their investment.
  • Understand your customers’ desired outcomes in order to be relevant, and further develop strategic relationships to become their trusted advisor.
  • Educate and teach your customers about how to best utilize all relevant features and introduce them to new possibilities.
  • Closely collaborate with our other departments, such as Sales, Product, Support etc, to deliver the best experience and together with your customers ensure high revenue retention.

As Customer Success Manager you will be part of our close-knitted Customer Success-team and work dedicatedly with various customers. Since we are an international company, you will also get to collaborate with colleagues in different countries and markets to share your best success stories and learnings.

You will take an active part in shaping your own role. With a humble approach, you will take ownership and drive your area of interest forward.

Is it you we are looking for? 🤩
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a customer-facing role(s), preferably in tech/SaaS and similar roles in Customer Success.
  • Has a deep understanding of and takes great interest in customer’s eco-systems such as CRM, document platforms, signing processes etc.
  • Have a big passion for your customers success and a technical interest.
  • Highly organized; can manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently & effectively.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
