Actions

  • Climat : Personal vehicles are responsible for about 20% of the greenhouse gas emissions of an average French citizen (Carbone 4, 2022). 1 Getaround car replaces 3.3 to 4.3 personal cars (ADEME, 2019). Car sharing can reduce mobility-related greenhouse gas emissions by 35% in urban areas (Shift Project 2019).

  • Quality of life in the city : Carsharing frees up 1.5 to 3 parking spaces on roads (ADEME, 2019). Fewer vehicles = less traffic congestion, fine particulate pollution and noise pollution in urban areas.
