About your team and your mission

The Field Marketing team is responsible for organizing events (tradeshows, executive dinners, etc.) for GitGuardian, all over Europe and America. Events are the #1 way for our Sales team to meet with buyers, so delivering high quality events is key to GitGuardian’s business.

You will report to Orian, Marketing Director, and work closely with Jérémy, Growth Manager.

During your internship, you will:

  • help plan, budget and execute GitGuardian’s events roadmap
  • Establish the calendar of GitGuardian’s presence at cybersecurity industry events & tradeshows in the US, such as BlackHat and RSA, but also the planning of GitGuardian’s owned events
  • Organize original, fun and impactful events with your creativity
  • Build and enforce ambitious events pipeline generation targets
  • Manage vendors & goodies

      About you

      • You’re detail-oriented and very organized, deadlines don’t scare you
      • You want to learn how to create great experiences for clients
      • You speak english close to fluently and you’re not scared to pick up the phone
      • As a bonus, you have basic design skills

        The interview process

        1. Screening call with a team member (20min)

        To discover your professional project and evaluate if there could be a mutual match.

        2. Interview with your future manager

        To know more about yourself and your achievements, present to you the team, to evaluate your skills for the position and project yourself into the role.

        3. Interview with a Senior Manager

        To detail our company’s vision and ambitions for the next couple of years.
