As a Sales Manager UK, you will be responsible for business development and Gleamer’s expansion in the United Kingdom. Your role will be to drive the commercial strategy, build strong relationships with our clients and partners, and ensure the growth of our sales.
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the UK market.
Identify and prospect new clients (hospitals, clinics, radiologists, distributors).
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure the success of our solutions in the market.
Conduct competitive intelligence and analyze market trends to adapt our commercial approach.
Represent Gleamer at professional events and trade shows.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, ideally in MedTech, HealthTech, or medical imaging.
Languages: Fluent English required
Commercial skills: Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals.
Autonomy and organization: Ability to work remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
Entrepreneurial mindset: Strong interest in innovation and desire to contribute to the development of a fast-growing scale-up.
