Attached to the RFID Business Line Director, you will participate in the development of our RFID solutions based on our innovative technology, by contributing to the different development steps, including testing, to ensure the expected performance.

In close collaboration with our RFID Technical Leader, you will have the following missions:

• Analyzing and understanding RFID requirements based on the specifications and technical constraints of our projects, in collaboration with our System Engineering and R&D teams,

• Participating in the development stages of these solutions,

• Conducting tests and characterizations to ensure validation and compliance of the developments with the specifications,

• Setting up and conducting demo setups internally and with our clients/partners,

• Identifying issues, proposing and implementing corrective actions,

• Performing software development or any debugging tasks,

• Working with our R&D teams on identified problems to make necessary changes,

• Assisting in writing technical documentation (specifications, tests plan, etc),

• Ensuring technological monitoring and proposing technical or functional improvements, particularly through technical and/or feasibility studies.

Experiences

Graduated from an engineering school (equivalent to a university degree) with a specialization in Electronics (RF or microwaves), Embedded Systems or Wireless Communication Systems. You have a first experience in developing RFID solutions, ideally UHF.

Professional skills

• Knowledge of UHF RFID technologies and their communication protocols (e.g., Gen2),

• Knowledge of radiofrequency, antenna design, and both digital and analog electronics (especially in electronic circuit design),

• Good knowledge of Python and/or MATLAB, as well as the C programming language,

• Knowledge of simulation tools (such as CST, HFSS, Altium, KiCad) would be appreciated,

• Professional level of English required (oral and written).
