Reporting to Najib, RFID Tech Lead, you will work on a new project aimed at converting radio frequency signals into energy to develop innovative self-powered RFID solutions.

Here are the missions waiting for you:

• Do a state-of-the-art review of RF energy harvesting techniques and self-powered RFID antennas operating in two distinct zones: the near-field region (Fresnel zone) and the far-field region (Fraunhofer zone),

• Participate in the design phases of these new solutions,

• Perform numerical simulations of these designs to analyze the radiated electromagnetic fields,

• Set up tests and measurements to characterize the performance of the prototype RFID antennas and electronic circuits.

Profile

You are pursuing a Master’s degree or an Engineering diploma specializing in electronics and/or wireless communication systems. You have a strong interest in RFID technology and innovation. Naturally curious, you enjoy testing new solutions and are seeking an internship that allows you to contribute to the development of an innovative project.

Professional skills

• Basic knowledge of radio frequency, antenna design, and electronic circuits,

• Familiarity with Python and/or MATLAB,

• Experience with simulation tools such as CST, Altium, or KiCad would be a plus,

• Good level of English (both oral and written).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team,

• Curiosity and a proactive mindset,

• Excellent writing skills.
