Reporting to our Sales and Business Development Director, you will participate in developing sales and business growth by taking key actions towards prospects and clients to identify key opportunities and expand our network within client organizations in target markets.
As part of the Sales and Business Development team, your missions will be the following:
Account Development & Management:
Identify new clients and opportunities to drive business growth by actively assessing market’s needs, fostering strong relationships, and presenting tailored solutions,
Extend our network within our prospect or client organizations in targeted markets and Business Lines,
Support the Marketing & Communication service: leaflet writing, external communication, business events, etc,
Ensure alignment and execution of sales acquisition action plan defined as per the go-to-market and/or commercial strategy of the company with Top Management,
Negotiate contracts and do the handover with project managers and technical teams to have the right understanding and overview of customers’ requirements,
Follow projects milestones and the customers satisfaction (RetEx),
Qualify new opportunities and prioritize most strategic ones: the scope, timeline and budget, competition, technical complexity,
Monitor the needs of our clients and prospects, and implement actions and/or support to demonstrate the potential and benefits of our technology,
Participate in developing our processes and customer database,
Suggest improvement regarding the commercial pitch and “sales kits” to personalize presentations according to the prospects and target clients,
Report on sales & business development activities to your Manager as the internal key people and Top Management,
Management of proposals and related Business Cases:
Create robust proposal templates,
Participate in call for tenders and build the files,
Coordinate strategic RFP and proposals, both on technical and commercial aspects,
Build the necessary Business Cases to monitor the related price and margin management and present them to Top Management,
Identify and collaborate with key people internally (Head of BL, Head of Product, Partnership Director, and/or Technical Experts) at the right timing to move the offers forward,
Work closely with our Bid & Contract Manager regarding proposals and bids and prepare the required materials to validate it with our Top Management.
Graduated from an engineering school or Business School (BAC+5, university equivalent), you have at least 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Bid Management role in aerospace, satellite communication, defense or telecommunications industry (or any related domain).

Strong business acumen,
Knowledge of B2B and/or B2G sales techniques,
Knowledge of private and/or public tender management procedures,
Good knowledge with a CRM tool or data visualization software (e.g., Power BI),
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
Strong interest in Deeptech and innovative technologies,
Fluent in English (oral and written) and any other language could be a plus.
