Greenly 🌱 is a B corp certified SaaS founded in 2019 by Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud.

Our platform streamlines data collection and analysis through integrations, making the calculation of carbon emissions accurate, intuitive, and affordable.

Every day, we work with the goal of enabling companies to commit to a carbon reduction trajectory and to engage their entire ecosystem (employees, clients, suppliers) around their climate strategy.

Greenly supports clients within all industries. Currently working with over 2,500 clients, our assistance goes beyond basic carbon assessments by also including services such as Green IT, lifecycle analysis (LCA), and compliance with SBTi and CSRD initiatives.

About the role


Your missions

    • Coordinating schedules to organize interviews with influential figures in the field of ecology as well as ESG/RSE managers from large companies.
    • Content innovation: Explore innovative editorial formats to engage audiences and inspire them to climate action.
    • Research and validation : Deepen topics by conducting rigorous research and validating information with experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Researching and analyzing the profiles of guests to develop relevant and tailored questions.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to define discussion points aligned with Greenly’s values and objectives.
    • Feedback and adjustments : Gather audience feedback to continually refine editorial strategy and improve engagement.

    2. Content creation

    • Data stories : Implement the production and follow-up of data stories, which are in-depth analyses of events from a climate perspective, using data to tell compelling and informative stories.
    • Increased production : Increase production of multimedia content, including videos and podcasts, to diversify communication channels and increase audience engagement.
    • Stakeholder identification : Identify and engage key players from the general public, experts and companies (particularly CSR managers and ESG experts), to enrich content with diverse and specialized perspectives.
    • Strategic collaborations : Partner with organizations and influencers to co-create content that amplifies the reach and impact of climate messages.

    3. KPI management and Business Impact

    • KPI definition : Establish a clear policy of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content produced as well as the impact on target audiences.
    • Data analysis : Use analytics tools to track content performance and understand target preferences and behaviors.
    • Impact on Greenly : Evaluate how the medium contributes to Greenly’s business objectives, for example by measuring increased brand awareness and commitment to environmental initiatives.
    • Reporting and adjustments : Provide regular reports on performance and propose strategic adjustments to optimize the overall impact of the project.

    4. Launching Guest Acquisition Campaigns:

    • Implementing communication strategies to attract new guests to participate in our media.
    • Participating in the creation of strategic partnerships with companies and influencers in the field of ecology.

    5. Leading Greenly’s scientific network

    • You will be in charge of developing and animating Greenly’s scientific network with a view to creating authoritative content.
    • Work to exploit Greenly Institute and statistical data to obtain press releases in authoritative journals. 

    You are a fit for this role if you have... 

    • A degree in communication, marketing, journalism, or any other relevant field.
    • A first experience (including internships) in a similar role is a plus.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Strong ability to work in a team while being autonomous.
    • A keen interest in environmental issues and sustainable development.
    • Strong writing and content creation skills.
    • Proficiency in communication tools and social media management.
    • Solid oral and written communication skills  in both French and English.
